All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their order provided items are in original, unused and resell-able condition. We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.
Upon receiving your returned package, we aim to inspect, process and refund your return as quick as possible. We endeavor to process all returns within 7 working days of receiving, but this timeframe can extend during busy periods. 

DUTIES & TAXES FOR EXTRA EU ORDER

Different duties and import fees will be requested by the courier before order final delivery.
If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import fees from Volta Footwear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Volta Footwear. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
